Email Notifications

When a new hire completes 100% of their onboarding and their acknowledgments PDF is generated, a single notification email is sent via Brevo to (1) the new hire's direct supervisor, (2) Rocky Hill, and (3) the additional email you set in the Acknowledgments Access card below. The new hire is CC'd. From: [email protected]. Reply-To: [email protected].

Click below to send a test email to your own address. Confirms the Edge Function, Brevo API key, and DNS are configured correctly.

Recap Email

When a new hire marks complete a form whose type is "Recap Email", an email is automatically sent containing all links, contacts, supervisor info, fleet contact, and the final checklist below. Sent to the new hire, with their direct supervisor copied. From [email protected], Reply-To [email protected].

Plain HTML allowed. Use <br> for line breaks. End with a sign-off (e.g., "- Rocky Hill, ALMCOE").
Each line becomes one bullet point in the email's final checklist section.

Acknowledgments Access

When a new hire completes 100% of their onboarding, a consolidated PDF is generated and appears in the Acknowledgments vault. A notification email is sent automatically to (1) the new hire's direct supervisor, (2) Rocky Hill ([email protected]), and (3) the email address you enter below. The new hire is CC'd.

Optional. Leave blank to send only to supervisor + Rocky. To enter multiple, separate with commas.

Vault access (separate from email): select users who can view every employee's acknowledgment PDF inside the portal. The new hire's direct supervisor sees their own reports by default; admins see all.

Click Save Settings after changing selections.
